Shannon Ciesluk is part of the Advisory team at MH Litigation. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration in Forensic Accounting from the University of South Florida. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Florida and has nearly 20 years of professional experience. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA), the Business Network International (BNI), the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA), the Hillsborough County Bar Association (HCBA), and the University of South Florida Accounting Circle Board of Directors.
Shannon has extensive litigation support experience including dissolution of marriage, business damages, shareholder disputes, business appraisals, collaborative law engagements, pension valuation, malpractice, and economic damages. She has completed hundreds of hours of continuing education directly related to business valuation, forensic accounting, and other litigation support.
