Elizabeth Ciccone, ASA, Esq. is a Partner at MH Litigation, Valuation and Forensic Services, Inc.  Ms. Ciccone specializes in matrimonial litigation, and has been qualified in Connecticut, New York and Florida courts.  Ms. Ciccone’s expertise includes income and cash flow analyses, valuations of businesses and business interests, forensic investigations, and reasonable compensation as well as trusts and estates.  In addition to serving in litigated matters, Ms. Ciccone is frequently called upon to assist in the financial aspects of matrimonial matters through mediation, arbitration and collaborative divorce. 

Ms. Ciccone is a Connecticut licensed attorney and a senior accredited appraiser in the American Society of Appraisers.  She is a member of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Business Valuation and Forensic Accounting group.  Ms. Ciccone is the Chairperson of the Tax Committee of the Fairfield County Bar Association.

Ms. Ciccone is a frequent speaker, both on a local and national level.  She is a reviewer of Shannon Pratt’s The Lawyer’s Business Valuation Handbook, 3rd Edition, and Shannon Pratt’s Valuing A Business, 6th Edition.  Ms. Ciccone taught Valuation Theory at the University of New Haven as an adjunct professor and annually guest teaches Business Valuation to the Quinnipiac University School of Law 3L Family Law Seminar.

Outside of the office, Ms. Ciccone is a nationally recognized equestrian, and holds four World Titles and two Reserve World Titles.  She and her horse, Charlotte, are the defending Ladies Park Saddle World Champions, winning in 2023 and unanimously in 2024.
